A cool little town full of amazing artists.
From beach sculpture, to sculptors in all mediums, Hokitika is home to the broadest range of artists and craftspeople.
Here you will find photographers, jewellers, fabric artists, glass blowers, writers, jade and bone carvers, painters and craftspeople of all elks.
